HPC consults on tricky environmental matters,
remediates contaminated soil and other pollutions and plans complex civil
engineering projects. Usually big projects involving a lot of money. And
this implies high responsibility to both our customers and to the regions
whose future development we influence.
For more than five decades, we have been measuring our success in terms
of customer satisfaction. It goes without saying that we always try to
provide the technologically most useful solution. But this won't do for
us: assisted by our experience, we see to it that our customers are able
to minimize their current and future expenditures. Experience is not a
virtual good, it does not hover above the company like a ghost. Our employees
own that experience. They are our most precious inventary. In our decentralized
company everyone is expected to take responsibility. Such an atmosphere
promotes new experience, new competences can develop.
Our experience is distributed throughout the whole company. Of course there
are experts who are always able to advise on certain matters. Unfortunately,
they are not able to be in all four corners of the world at the same time.
But even if they happen to be trudging through a Spanish landfill or are inspecting
an old bismuth tunnel near the Czech border, they can still be contacted any
